BOSU NexGen Training Equipment

The Bosu (acronym for both sides up) is a double-sided device that uniquely combines a ball and a step. One side of the device is a kind of pneumatic dome that flexes with every exerciser's movement, while the other is a flat, rigid platform. Two recessed handles make it easy to easily flip the device from one side to the other. The platform's diameter is approximately 65 cm.

The Bosu is nothing more than a simulator of movements typical of various sports. The fundamental element is balance training, and the Bosu offers a wide range of possibilities in this regard. It is suitable for both static and dynamic exercises, as well as those that improve body balance. It also has a significant impact on core stabilization.

You can exercise on one, two, or several devices simultaneously, ascending, descending, jumping, or kneeling. All at your own pace, in a variety of positions, always engaging and, most importantly, safe.

Tips on how to inflate your BOSU
Place the pump tip firmly into the hole at the bottom and inflate the BOSU to a height of approximately 25 cm.
