HMS UW17 handle

The UW17 HMS is a handle designed for both high and low pulley training. It's primarily used to work the lats, and with proper positioning, it can also be used to work the abdominal muscles. The inner handles allow for biceps and triceps training.
The handle shape allows for a wider range of motion than a straight or narrow grip. This allows for stronger muscle contraction, resulting in a more effective workout.
