Fiber optic fast connector

Fiber optic fast connectors guarantee low attenuation and allow fiber optic termination without the need for welding.

The fast connectors are suitable for terminating optical lines wherever conventional glued optical connectors are used, e.g. for terminating optical fibres in building switch boxes.

SC/APC fiber optic connector

SC connectors are designed for use in telecommunications. They are also used in active devices such as video converters and media. They ensure quick and easy connection and are resistant to connection defects. The shape of the connector allows for easy and secure assembly. In addition to telecommunications applications, the SC fibre optic connector is used in LAN and WAN networks, CATV networks, measurement technology, sensor systems and railway applications. The APC connector has a polished ferrule face at an angle of 8 degrees, thanks to which the phenomenon of reflectance, which occurs when light passes through the border of media, has a much smaller effect on the attenuation of the connector.
