Screwdriver pliers can be used to loosen and remove screws with damaged head profiles that cannot be removed with standard tools. Screwdriver damage typically occurs when screws become stuck due to bonding or corrosion, causing standard tools to slip off the screw profile. These pliers feature horizontal and vertical serrated jaws that grip the outer diameter of the screw head. The teeth are strong and very sharp, providing excellent grip on the screw head, regardless of its profile. The pliers can be used on screw heads ranging from 3 to 11 mm in diameter.
